Excellent Dit Pick up resistance With low VOC less than 50 gram/ lite as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal Properties in two coats @ 1.79 Itr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per Manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ir per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note:- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythene film will be included. (c) Rate quotated includes work at any height (not.exc 10 mtr) incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc and cleaning the waste materials and debris from out of MoD land as directed and complete, Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed, S & F in repair mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed in steel frame/wooden and fixed with stainless wire staples complete all as specified and directed, Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed, M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth complete all including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag all as specified and directed, All as per item No 19 above but two coats synthetic enamel paint on steel complete all as specified and as directed, Supply only smart care damp block 2K (SmartCare Damp Block 2K is a two component acrylic polymer-modified cementitious high performance coating. This product can be used for both positive & negative side waterproofing due to its excellent bonding, good waterproofing and unmatched resistance to hydrostatic pressure).Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material taken on charge by Engineer-in-Charge and shall be issued as per requirement, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from over head water storage tanks of capacity 1000 liters including cleaning the mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified including washing the tank with bleaching powder and writting the date of cleaning on outer wall of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & as directed, S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed, M & L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including brooming , scraping down. Two or more coats on new work a coat of 3mm thcik wall interior wall care putty on wall surfaces complete and sanding of the putty surface with sand paper or other means by skilled labour and to make the surfaces smooth and free from dust etc. complete all as specified and directed, M & L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic weather proof Exterior paint (Apex paint) on old plastered or old plastered surfaces of walls or concrete surfaces at any height
