PROVIDING MANUAL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN INFOSYS FOUNDATION RED CROSS SARAI AT PGIMER CAMPUS AT SECTOR-CHANDIGARH ,2.0 ,DSR 17.2.2 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of micro processor based intelligent addressable main fire alarm panel, central processing unit with the following loop modules and capable of supporting not less than 240 devices (including detectors) and minimum 120 detectors per loop and loop length up to 2 km, network communication card, minimum 320 character graphics/ LCD display with touch screen or other keypad and minimum 4000 events history log in the non volatile memory (EPROM), power supply unit (230 ± 5% V, 50 hz), 48 hrs back-up with 24 volt sealed maintenance free batteries with automatic charger. The panel shall have facility to connect printer to printout log and facility to have seamless integration with analog/digital voice evacuation system (which is part of the schedule of work under SH: PA System) and shall be complete with all accessories . The panel shall be compatible for IBMS system with open protocol BACnet/ Modbus over IP complete as per specifications. ,Two Loop Panel. ,DSR 17.2.14 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of addressable manual call point complete as required. ,DSR 17.3.3 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.5/3/6W metal box ceiling/wall speakers complete as required. ,DSR 17.3.7 Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of digital audio amplifier 75 Watt, 25V rms operating at 240 Volt AC Supply complete as required. ,DSR 17.5.2 Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire alarm armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having XLPE insulation, steel wire armouring & FRLS outer sheath complete as required. ,DSR 1.21 Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. ,25 mm ,Supplying and installation of Red/ Green LED laser etched emergency exit signage double sided pedant type made out or powder coated MS housing and etched acrylic sheet indicator with reflective light source>2 W LED, emergency backup of min. 4 hours, 6 V 3.2 AH SMF/ SLA battery, SMPS power supply suitable for operation on 230 AV 50 Hz AC supply as per the requirement at all prominent locations to guide the way out of the building to the building users in case of fire. The size of the letter should be sufficient for visibility of the people as per MBC-2016. The exit sign board should be of Thorn/ Prolite/ Auto Glow/ Autolite/ Glowlite/ Honeywell make only. ,Providing AMC for fire alarm system. under the AMC the supplier shall provide comprehensive Maintenance service of the fire alarm including the spares & there shall be no hidden cost, preventive Maintenance service of the equipment under AMC must be carried out once in fortnight. During the period of AMC service/repair calls are to be attended by the supplier within two hours from the time of such calls. The defective equipment should be repaired on the same day at purchaser’s location. In case of major defects requiring the defective card/item/equipment to be taken to the supplier workshop. It should be returned within a weeks’ time duty repaired & immediate substitute card/item/equipment will be provided by the supplier for the smooth operation of the fire sensing system. The to &frotransportation of the card/item/equipment will be the responsibility of the supplier. Delays in attending the calls & or repairing the defective equipment be yond time limit of one day will attract penalty @ Rs.500/-per day. The bidder will undertaken the supplies of necessary Maintenance equipment & spare parts will be made available for all the equipment & the complete system for a period of 5 years on continuing basis 1st year free & thereafter for four year on paid basis. The bidder shall quote the rate on per year basis. ,For 2nd year ,For 3rd year ,For 4th year ,For 5th year
