Repair to roof leakage sunken portion and allied BR works in buildings under area of AGE BR II of GE East Jalandhar Cantt, REPAIR TO ROOF LEAKAGE, SUNKEN PORTION AND ALLIED B&R WORKS IN BUILDINGS UNDER AREA OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT, S & F in repair brass chromium plated jet for pedestal pattern water closet including PVC flexible pipe 600 mm long along with necessary fittings complete & all as directed , S&F in repair tubular towel rail 600 mm long of brass chromium plated 20 mm dia D type 60 cm long fixed with two plugs (gutties) of 2nd class hard wood embedded in cement mortar 1:3 with MS screws complete all as specified & directed, S&F in repair 20mm bore stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified & directed, (v) Two component Acrylic modified Cementitious coating:- (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and dry other form of surface contamination. The system includes cleaning of surface and made free from dust for final base prepration, epoxy primer 1: (resin; harder) application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane appliction in 2 coats with a tortal min consumption of 1.25 kg per Sqm. Appliction should be done with Graco sprayer by a company autorised applicator with guarantee period of 10 years, complete, all as specified & directed, M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing the surfaces with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) WPC measured separately. (ii) Work shall be executed in the buildings up to 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th story's buildings and contractor has to make his own arrangement for shifting of Material on roof area. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (nn) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised by the respective manufacturer's and approved by GE. (vi) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealent. (vii) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (Min 15cm) all around. (viii) After doing the plaster, testing be carried out by ponding (Min 3 to 5 days) the sunken portion before further treatment to the sunken slabs.
