The AMC will include maintenance of the Complete Biometric Attendance System, covering breakdown maintenance of both hardware and software, including parts such as battery, fingerprint sensor, RD services activation, software upgradation, and charger. The contract is valid for one year from the starting date of the contract. Maintenance work shall normally be done during office hours, but may also occur beyond these hours in emergencies.
